Hi everyone,
I thought I would share a family recipe today. I usually make an individual size pancake in my cast iron, but with our growing family, I thought I would share the conversion to a family sized version. I have been making these since I was about 6 years old and they are my favorite easy breakfast.
My family calls them German Pancakes, but more popularly, they are called Dutch Baby Pancakes. If you have never tasted them they taste sort of like a popover. I will share some savory versions, but this is our go-to. We simply just top with lemon juice and sugar or butter and cinnamon and sugar!
Please see below for full recipe.
Cheers,
Maggie
