
1 c. Rolled Oats
1 Egg
3/4 c. Milk
Fresh Blueberries
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmug
Butter
Grind oats either in coffee grinder or food processor. Mix all ingredients minus the butter. Pre-heat pan on medium-low with a Tablespoon of butter. Spoon in pancake batter into silver dollar sized rounds. Flip and smash blueberries with spatula!
Pro tip- if the batter is too thick, add in additional milk!
I give these to baby H without syrup and we enjoy ours with syrup!
