So I definitely use the less is more principle in skincare. During the winter months, I try not to use a ton of makeup and keep my skincare routine to three main parts. About 1-2 times a week, I also use this acid (click here) to minimize wrinkles and/or spot treatment.
Step 1- Gentle Cleanser. I use Fresh Soy Cleanser and it is the BEST. It smells like a spa and is very gentle on the skin.
Step 2: Face Oil. My skin is very, VERY dry in this -8 degree weather we are having in Chicago. So I add this step in before moisturizer. I love two different face oils, the Seaberry Moisturizing Face Oil from Fresh and the Miracle Face Oil from Omorovicza. The Fresh oil is a bit thicker and I go back and forth between the two!
Step 3: Corset Cream. I love this thick and heavy duty cream from Fresh. It minimizes wrinkles and basically “plumps” the skin. During the spring/summer months, I use this only at night, but in the winter it is my go-to!
A long way from St. Ives Apricot Scrub and Noxzema pads lol.
Cheers,
Maggie
